Academic Session & Curriculum

The academic session is from April to March. Ours is an English medium school with CBSE curriculum. We follow CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) prescribed by the CBSE, New Delhi, right from standard I onwards. Although the medium of instruction is English, adequate emphasis is laid on teaching of Hindi and Sanskrit. The School Almanac (Academic/Activity Planner) is designed keeping in view multilevel experience and scope for multifaceted development of learners. The domain of School Based Activities includes Annual Function, Annual General Exhibition, Annual Sports Meet, arious types of co-curricular activities & extra curricular activities viz Debate, Quiz, Elocution, Seminars etc. The perfect balance of studies and activities help the learners a long way in achieving success in life and survive in a society which is becoming increasingly complex and difficult.

Aims & Objectives

Every child is born with immense innate potential. The prime objective of this institution is to provide ample scope and opportunity to students in a congenial environment. St. Joseph Public School pursues a persistent policy aimed at honing and enhancing the intellectual competence and religious as well as rational thinking of the pupil. We dedicate (produce) citizens who are perfectly fit to sail smoothly through the tumultuous sea of life and contribute their best in the development of the nation. This is achieved by

School Infrastructure & Facilities

The school has a sprawling campus of around 10 acres. The entire piece of land is
divided into 5 (five) blocks

  • The Administrative Block & School office.
  • Academic Block – A (Dr. A.P. J. Abdul Kalam ) for classes VI to XII.
  • Academic Block – B (Shaheed Bhagat Singh) for classes Nursery to V.
  • The Residential Block - House for teachers & outstation students.
  • The School Stage & Playground Facility.
